SENATE BILL NO. 210 "An Act regarding the computation of                                            
overtime compensation by employers before June 2, 1999; and                                         
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                          
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                              
passage. Senator Ellis objected.                                                                    
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated SENATE BILL NO. 210 will be on the                                      
May 9 calendar.
